Nauta Insurance Agency Inc

This was my second time visiting Nauta Insurance Agency Inc. today, and I can definitively say that the customer service level is one of the lowest I have seen. Disrespectful employees, inappropriate music, absolutely not a place to bring the kids. One woman was very rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. I have made arrangements to change insurance agencies immediately after this months contract has expired.

My recommendation: Any other insurance company.

These guys are great , I had to switch insurance companies . I gave them all of my business mostly because Cory there really worked hard to get me the best insurance company
( Nationwide) at the best price . I had a very large claim right after I switched to them and Nationwide found a way to get me covered even though at fisrt it looked like I would not be .
