Murray's

I want to give a huge credit to the young boy, working at Murray's bicycle shop in Rawlins. On my bicycle trip from Phoenix to Vancouver, I arrived in Rawlins on Friday, June 26, 2009. I then had a broken spoke and a deregulated gear. I went to Murray's the next morning on Saturday. An older lady opened the shop but she was not able to repair my bike. The young boy who often helped her should not come that day because he would go out with his girlfriend. After a telephone call, it appeared that he just would leave Rawlins. Nevertheless, he said he would come to fix my bike. Within a few minutes he was there with his girlfriend and fixed my bike within 20 minutes. During that time, the lady gave me a cup of coffee and the newspaper. Great service! The boy was very handy and did a perfect job because I had no problems anymore till my endgoal Vancouver, one and a half month later. I will give him a great credit at the ACA in Missoula.
