1st interaction counts the most. I called to ask a basic question about costs for repairs. The gentleman I spoke with was having a rough day and not too pleasant over the phone, which means no thanks.

Moscariello charged me $56.00 to repair my mower, flushing it and adding a spark plug. When I got home I did not add any gasoline because Moscariello had filled it with gas. However, I could not start my mower. I brought the mower back to Moscariello and expressed my concern the mower didn'™t work. The salesperson's response was "It's only a lawn mower," implying that I shouldn't be upset that I spent $56.00 and my mower wasn't repaired and that I had to spend an additional hour of my time driving back and forth to Moscariello.

The salesperson opened up the carburetor and said there was water in it. When I explained that I didn't add any gasoline, he said "You're lying," and that I put water into the mower. He said they'd fix it. Two days later I called. He said it was fixed and that they were charging me for the water in the mower and if I wanted the mower I'd have to pay the additional. Now I'm without a mower but buyer beware. This is an unethical repair shop.
