Terrible Phone Service and Ettiquette
I was appalled at the uneducated and rude woman that answered my call to the pharmacy. I am a young and healthy person and can not imagine how difficult it would be for an ill or elderly person to be treated with such disrespect.
This company needs to train the pharmacy staff, not only on medications and procedures, but also on "best practices"
