the b.p. kit i ordered and had paid for at time of ordering came to me in pieces. i am familiar with parts and pieces but there were no instructions or nothing on the box to indicate "assembly required". when i returned it for a refund one worker took it to the "back office" to discuss with the manager. they came out about 10 minutes later and began to question me. little did i know that this wasn't even the manager (i found out later from the real manager that he was not on site a that time). then, rather suddenly the worker said "oh, a part is missing". i was very upset and knew that i was being "played". i took what was left of it and left the store. hopefully, i will never have to shop here again.
