Mabry Management Company, Inc. is composed of a core of licensed real estate professionals who specialize in property management.
Professional property management means we receive our income from the fees we charge for managing property. We are not interrupted by other business interests, but can concentrate our efforts on property management. Through our experience of managing hundreds of properties over the years, we have developed a management plan that we have found to be successful. Our expertise allows us to recognize problems and problem areas before they become major concerns and to take necessary corrective action.
One of the greatest assets of having professional management is to have someone act as an intermediary between the owner and tenants. Someone that can implement the management plan on business like basis without getting emotionally involved with the tenants.

330 W 223rd St has the worst apartment and management
Sinks are always clogged. Cockroaches ARE everywhere even if they said they finished fumigating. They just covered and painted all the cabinets and drawers so you can't even close them because they are already thick. Water smells like rust. Washer and dryer are always on maintenance.
Also, They do not give your deposit back after your lease. They will just raise your rent DO NOTHING.
IF ONLY I CAN GIVE NO STARS IN THIS REVIEW.
So far, so good...and I expect it to continue!
My time here has been very good. When I send in maintenance requests, I get quick responsive service. The manager is very nice an responsive to my questions and has always returned my calls. I very much appreciate the extra effort she places in the care of her facility at the Inglewood location. The area is fairly quiet and I have not had be concerned with a lot of unnecessary noise and bad people. My neighbors have been great. This is a sign of truly great property management. Thank you Mayra!!!
