My mission is to guide you to find clarity and direction so that you can live the life you want to lead. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them find balance, resolution, and courage to reach their fullest potential. Sometimes, we face an internal conflict between, “what we want to do” versus “what we should do.” As a licensed therapist, I will use my intuition and professional training to help you explore your authentic self, find deeper meaning, and align your core values to overcome the challenges you face.

The best life coach!
For more than 20 years, I would rather have cleaned a septic tank than take or defend a deposition. But in the space of a few months of working with Kirk, the panic that depositions generated for me was utterly dissipated and depositions became just another interesting task I get to do as a lawyer.

Our company invited Kirk to guide the management team plan and achieve yearly goals during our annual retreat early this year. It was the second time I had the pleasure to be coached by Kirk. I thought the workshop would be similar to what I have experienced before, but Kirk used a completely different approach. I was impressed how he planned the different team building activities to help us break barrier and increase the trust level in the team. The calm demeanor Kirk has makes people very comfortable and the way he help each individual is very unique. The workshop not only helped us to make better plan for ourselves, but also developed our creativity and motivation.
