There's nothing to recommend about Kimlin. I like to support small, local businesses, but can not recommend Kimliin Propane. Our bills were always paid on time, but they haven't always kept our tanks full and during cold spells we've been without heat. The company didn't seem very concerned when we called. We had to insist they come out that evening to fill the tanks as they told us they were busy and would get to us in a day or two. That's just unacceptable any time, and this was during below freezing temperatures. Kimlin simply does not care about the well-being of their customers. The office manager is so rude that it's hard to understand how she keeps her job, must be a relative. Their prices fall in the average range, so if price is the most important thing for you just shop around. You'll find a higher level of professionalism and better customer service almost anywhere else.
