Kiebler License Center Inc

My mother passed away and I received one of her vehicles. I. was trying to get plates and drive it back to my home in Tennessee. The lady told me that she can notarized the title but could not issue a plate. I asked if there are any other options for me to get the car to Tennessee and she said that I had to tow the vehicle with a truck, but there wasn't any way a plate could be issued. I happened to be in New Alexandria and stopped by a used car lot and explained my situation and was asked to show them my drivers license and proof of insurance that I had in my name. In about 30 minutes, I got a 60 day tag that got me back to Tennessee.

Absolutley aweful experience. Employees were very rude and not helpful at all. Took them 5 weeks to obtain my title after I had to call and check on the status 4 times. Not only were they the most ignorant people I have ever met, they have no idea what they are doing. I made the biggest mistake going to kieblers and created a nightmare for myself in doing so. Do not go to this establishment and tell anyone you know to stay away.

I met the most rude people in my life at Kieblers. Not only were they rude, but I feel they gave me wrong information on purpose to cost me another trip. They seem to enjoy giving people problems. I am searching the area for another agency and am pleading with my friends and family to not give these people a dime, I'd rather drive to Harrisburg.
