Terrible return policy...No refunds...Store credit only. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!! I went to buy a pair of boots approx $150 for my son for Christmas and relying on the sales associates experience I went with the fact that she said he needed a size 11 , since the fact that the last pair of boots we purchased from them were a 14. So paid for them, went home he walks across the house a few times and realizes they are in fact too small. Went to return them with my receipt from which I paid cash, and I explained to the owner who refused to give me my money back that it was their fault that I was relying on the sales lady experience, since she sized him and said they did fit him In which time the sales lady starts yelling @ him to put them on right now...she has been doing this for 30 years. and the owner's daughter did nothing about the girls big mouth, so I told the owners daughter how poor her customer service is and that she should not have allowed her to talk to me like that. Nevertheless, she still would not give me back my $$$ but I had to spend even more $$ to buy a better boot so that my son did not have to sit on a store credit for Christmas. and with the terrible selection ...of course.. they did not have any boots that were even comparable. But let me say at the bottom of their hand written receipt it states no cash refunds, but of course I have already paid and left the store..STORE POLICY!! I will not shop here and DO NOT recommend it to anyone!

Thet always had a great selection in the past.

I have noticed the store for humpteen years, but never stopped. So I finally stopped March 01, 2009. Loved it. It was like going back in time. I'm from deep East Texas and it reminded me of a store that we use to have, but went out of business after 50+ years. They have all the latest, but the atmosphere is like the old western store, plus you can still put things on layaway if you are a little short of money.LOL. Employees are helpful, but they do not bother you and let you shop in peace, like the old days. I give them 5 stars.
