Yes I have heard from several customers how rude she was I tried to call one time to get prices for oil at that time and she could not give me a ptcie since I was not a customer. That is total BS. People are going to shop around . I only up the street. You can take your oil and put it where the sun does not shine

Agreed. The woman in the office IS unbelievably rude! We've been with the company for 25 years, mainly because the prices are good and my husband doesn't like "change." The delivery guys are great and service has always been good, but they need to get rid of this woman! We heard it on good authority (one of the friendly deliverymen) that this "woman" is romantically involved with the owner. She's a permanent fixture. Never met the owner but I wonder how he deals with her?
