Agreed. The woman in the office IS unbelievably rude! We've been with the company for 25 years, mainly because the prices are good and my husband doesn't like "change." The delivery guys are great and service has always been good, but they need to get rid of this woman! We heard it on good authority (one of the friendly deliverymen) that this "woman" is romantically involved with the owner. She's a permanent fixture. Never met the owner but I wonder how he deals with her?
