(Show All) I always read reviews before using a vendor for business but I am guilty of not always leaving my own review. However, today I must add my positive review for Jimmy's AC, Inc. this is the second time I have used this company and have been impressed with the quick response, and professional work. I called Jimmy this morning at at 9:14 am after a hot miserable night without AC on my second floor. He answered on the third ring and told me to text my address and he would come over to check out my problem (Yes on a Sunday Morning). He came over shortly and began to diagnose my problem. He indicated it could be the motor but kept checking several things to make sure it was diagnosed properly. After further investigation it was a relay that needed to be replaced. I appreciated that Jimmy wast honest and did not attempt to tell me it needed a motor for more expensive repair cost. By 11 am my AC was fixed and the price was fair. I AM AN EXTREMELY SATISFIED REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR JIMMY'S AC INC

Jimmy did a great job at a GREAT price. He is quick and efficient and had our air up in running in no time. He is very honest and informative and taught my husband and I how do do regular maintenance on our system. Thanks Jimmy!!!!
