The single best place to go for classic games

I consider myself something of a collector of classic video games, and for a while, accomplishing my hobby was pretty hard. When I first walked into James Games though, I was more or less blown away by the massive selection of games (ranging from Atari 2600 to Xbox 360), as well as the reasonable pricing and inventory of games for practically every system known to man. Most people don't know what a Sega 32X is. Or an Atari Jaguar. Or a Turbografx-16. The hardcore collectors out there should know that James Games has something for all of these. Not interested in rare or obscure games? Don't worry, as a somewhat frequent customer I know that they have tons of games for some of the more popular systems, such as Nintendo 64 and PS1/2/3.
Lastly, the customer service is great. If you have a question, you'll get a straight answer, and if you bought a game that dosen't work right, you'll get it's value in trade back without a hassle.
Heck, I've even asked for reccomendations occasionly.

Ridiculous.

I'll give them 1 star for having really hard to find titles, but this place is horrible. I went to buy an overpriced copy of Super Mario Kart, and took it home. After seeing it didn't work, I gently rubbed a Q-tip to get any dirt out from the cartridge. Still no dice. I took it back and the lady gave me a ton of attitude. Apparently I needed to just clean it out (like i did). She tried on her system and it STILL didn't work. Then she went and grabbed another copy. I also asked how much would they be willing to pay for my SNES (condition: VERY good) and she told me $10 and $15 in trade. That's including everything! Anyone with a brain knows that's highway robbery. I'd sell it to them for $10 while they flip it for $60 at least! Don't go here, might as well goto The Exchange where titles aren't as expensive and condescending as this hole in the wall.
