I was recently at Jainlee to purchase a pair of Dansko's. The saleswoman was wonderful--yes, she was foreign but extremely helpful! She was totally accomodating to finding different sizes and styles. I would totally go back again!

The other negative review...are you sure you were at the same store?! Maybe you're just prejudiced against anyone that's trying to earn a living--or maybe you just like to complain!

I give them two thumbs up! I'll definitely go back! Great service and huge selection!

I was at the mckinley Mall location this week in Blasdell NY. I was pleased to find a very helpfull clerk and and a nicely staged store. Its been years since I have been a Jainlee store and I am happy to say that not huch has changed with the people, and the merchandise is much more cutting edge and appealing now.

In these days of Internet communication, any consumer with a nasty attitude and/or unobtainable demands, can get attention.

At JAINLEE, we do our best to make customers happy. This year, 2010, we will sell close to 50,000 pairs of CROCS in our 8 stores. Unfortunately, there many be a couple lone souls we can't make happy with us, but I'd say we have a pretty darn good batting average.
