Great place to train!
I have been going here for a while now and I can't imagine training anyplace else. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction is excellent and it is the Marcelo Garcia Westborough Association. If you don't know what that means, Marcelo Garcia is the Michael Jordan of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has only approved 14 schools in the World as associations. In addition to this the Muay Thai program is awesome! They are an official Sityodtong Affiliate and have Mark DellaGrotte teach at the school frequently! You should check it out
