On a foreclosed home in Johnson City, TN , the local listing agent is William Harold of Remax Results. I am a Realtor with another firm and am representing a buyer who has made an offer with 70% financing. Mr. Harold said that would probably be turned down since your company had turned down other offers at a higher offer because you required a cash offer. My client made a cash offer on 7/31 and today Mr. Harold has told us there are "multiple offers" and you want highest and best offer by Monday at 10 a.m.

My client is upset and thinks Mr. Harold is gouging the price and hoping to keep everyone else out so that he or a "buddy" can get the property at a good deal. We have to Mr. Harold that we are offering full price of $82,900 right now and want an answer by 6:30 est today. We believe your representative is acting unethically and may not be delivering all offers to you the owner of the property. Please follow up on this as my buyer is anxious to get this settled and is going to take action against Mr. Harold .
