refuse to pay for vehicle damage caused by their trucks
one of their truck broke my car windshield from a rock and concrete they were hauling and they claimed it was road hazard...of course their Insurance carrier won't pay....easy for them to refuse to pay unless taken to court...public taxpayers shouldn't have to absorb damage to their cars caused by Heritage...after all we are paying their contract..
