Harris Teeter Pharmacy

I found this pharmacy while looking for 24 hour pharmacys. Be alert that this pharamacy is not opened 24 hours; it uses normal business hours

I've been shopping at this store for several years. I used to occasionally go to a grocer closer to my home but I've learned it's worth driving the extra mile or two. The staff there is very friendly. The check out lines are quicker. The store is clean with good variety. I also get a weekly email which not only lists sales but features items that I frequently buy.

This pharmacy is totally unprofessional and should be discredited by the NC pharmacy board. I have seen a pharmacist get in an argument with a person trying to fill a prescription, refuse to fill it, and then leave their locked pharmacy area to go share and laugh about their story with harris teeter employees (while pointing people out). Not only is this against the law (HIPA), it is also ridiculous that this actually happens in what most would consider a privacy-required service. I would strongly strongly caution you using this service.
