Harbour Point Estates

Since I wrote my review of the conditions of Harbour Point Estates I have been served and eviction notice. However, I am telling the truth it does not look the same when I first moved out there. There are large pot holes that need to be fixed and nothing is being done to resolve the problem. I have lived at Harbour Point for the past seven years and I would not mind staying however there is lots of work that needs to be done and completed once it has been started. Neighbors have went to the management office requesting that the pot holes be filled and their response is we are to busy! Yet your tires are getting flat from going into the holes. I hope that Harbour Point will do something for the residents besides going up on the rent and evicting people that try to be truthful to them in these hard times.

6 years ago Harbour Point Estates was beautiful. Alot of the homes has bee removed and the holes in the streets has not been patched up. During the winter months when the snow has builded up no salt is being placed down. It has changed, there are a lot of vacant homes. My opinion when a new project is started it is not completed!
