Four Seasons Window & Blind Cleaning

This is a bad business with poor customer service. I pre-paid for 3 window cleanings and Eric never showed up for the appointments we set to fulfill the obligation to wash my windows for the remainder of the washings. We made appointments and he never showed or called to cancel. I requested my money back and there was no acknowledgment of my request and I am out $300. I reported this company to the Boise BBB and they could not make contact with this company. The next step is to take the company to small claims court for the $300 and compensation for the time I took off work to meet Eric at my home in which he never showed or called.
