I have purchased my sleds from the Felker Family for years and have had nothing but good things to say about them. Randomly ran into this guys rant and thought I might say a word because I have never been treated badly.

Who the heck does this guy think he is? I asked him to remove a primary clutch from an engine that I brought down. Three days and $120 dollars later, he had the clutch removed. I told him if it was an ordeal, I would purchase my own tools and do it myself. I guess the customer doesn't get to decide. When I tried to contest the amount, he said "I aint gonna embark on my time." Great. What the hell does that mean? Have you forgotten english? I don't want you to board a vessel on your time either, Lynn. I guess life is hard for a boy named Sue, so go ahead and take it out on your customers. Jerk.
