if i could give them a zero i would ....first of all the van they sent for me was so filthy inside i was scared to breath and it sounded like it was falling apart , it must have been a 1990. second THEY LEFT ME STRANDED AFTER MY RADIATION TREATMENT, and when i tried to call for pickup it took 3 hours to get through, i ended up taking a cab home and reached them once i got home. i have NEVER experienced anything like it and i promptly canceled my 28 day contract with them after only 2 rides....i can still smell that nasty van.....whew....
