FERGUSON

This is an update to the one above dated April 30th. As i said i would update if they did something and they did. They ordered 2 new faucets and are shipping them out immediately. They stood behind their product and took care of the customer. No complaints here anymore except the high prices.

The store was extremely expensive and if you did not call ahead to set up an appointment you would wait forever. When we finally ordered what we needed ($4,000 worth of products), they delivered it on time. However, my wife did not check every box as she assumed everything would be there as the driver said it was. When the contractor showed up to install, we were missing just under $500 worth of faucets. We contacted Ferguson, but no luck so far. Personally I would not trust this company at all. The product is nice, you pay through the nose for it, and the customer service has been poor at best. I will update this Review if they actually do something about it. Buyers beware. Check every item you order and do not trust ANYONE at this place! They do not stand behind anything so far.

Ferguson helped supply my model center with much needed supplies, air freshners, toiletries, etc. It's amazing how many different products they offer. They are definitely Orlandos best kept secret. Their reps are awesome and very helpful also which made my experience working with them very pleasant! So check them out today!!
