Bad Service
The manager at the North St. Petersburg branch has poor communication skills and a nasty smart mouth. If I could rate it below a 1 I would rate that experience a zero. Several people were waiting on cars and the manager sent a representative out to wash cars when that person could have helped check in more customers. Especially since there were two people outside washing the same car. Then there was a third person washing one car. How many people do it take to wash one car?
