So helpful, they found a part that's impossible to find for me and shipped it from Florida - they really know about vacuums and give me great advice. This merchant couldn't remember work he did on my vacuum. He kept no records and couldn't explain if he found any problems. He charged me $25 to put on a belt and snap in a filter, but couldn't remember if we needed these in the first place. Has poor customer service skills to say the least.
