EZ Cosmetic

I purchased two products one of them clearly marked 1/2 off as the cap was broken and taped. When at counter I said this is half off and the man replied yes. He started to take off one dollar then hesitated... He took a few moments n completed the transaction. I paid and as I walked away I thought that total was high for half off. I went back in and showed him the receipt and he said "yea I gave you 20%off, isn't that enough for you?" I said it's marked 1/2 off and you agreed that's what it was. "That was a mistake, I don't know who did that." I said okay but as a customer I bought this in addition to my purchase because it was half off. He said "so do you want to return it?" Unbelievable! No return policy huh? I said no I would like it for the price it's advertised for and he told me no. As I was with my Friday Night Special Needs Program that I run and with someone from Capri cosmetology I decided to leave and not argue in front of anyone. It's not my nature any way. I am appalled with the way I was treated and spoken to and will not be going back there or recommending this store to any of my connections, clients or friends.

i will never step into this place again!! when it comes to customer satisfaction, there is none!i purchased something and it didn't work for me. they hesitated to take it back. the store doesn't allow you to return, only exchange. and you can only exchance once even though that rule is that there. they wont tell you that up front! Very rude lady manager. this store has to be one of the worst i've been to when it comes to satisfaction!
