Agree with the other poster regarding this company. It took a year for some basic requests, such as a parking pass, which should have come with the apartment on day one. Repairs take absolutely forever and they have a strange system where you have to call the person who I guess manages the property (who doesn't use email). That person is extremely unprofessional and seems not to remember who you are, despite having met you in person to show the apartment. They are happy to accept your rent on time and equally as happy to allow major repairs to go unaddressed for 6-8 weeks.

It has been several months since I was a tenant with this management company and they still have my security deposit. The true landlord and I have both been trying to get the money back from them. They do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. I leave messages and they do not call me back.While they were my management company, it took a very long time to get a repair done in my apartment. The company was unresponsive, rude, dismissive, and overall very unprofessional. If you are between two apartments and one of them is managed by Davidson Properties, I urge you to choose the other. If you are a landlord looking for a management company, please do your tenants a favor and stay away from Davidson Properties.
