Robert does exactly what you ask, and tries to save you money. He has a lot of good ideas, and has excellent attention to detail. He noticed things I didn't notice and brought them to my attention. He's a good communicator and makes sure you like what he does. If you don't like it, he'll change it, no problems. He works whatever hours you need him to and he's very careful with your house.
