ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2OTH BTWEEN 8:30 AM AND 9:00 AM,
I SAT IN A 10 MINUTE LINE TO WASH MY CAR. I CHOSE THE $5.00 WASH, AND DID NOT GET A WASH, INSTEAD I RECEIVED A RINSE, THE SOAP WAS EMPTY, AND THE MULTI COLORED LIQUID WAS EMPTY.
I HAVE CALLED YOUR NUMBER AND THE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. I WANT A REFUND, MY HUSBAND AND I USE YOUR CAR WASH EXCLUSIVELY. I WOULD APPRECIATE A WAY TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY. LIKE A PHONE NUMBER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.
