I tried their TV service but like the other reviewers here found their equipment to be old and incompatible with other equipment I own. They even set up the TV to shut off completely when I shut off the cable box - DUMB: the TV needs to stay on power to save its settings. I bypassed that setup okay. I eventually stopped that service and just use over the air broadcast TV. I need higher speed than DSL for an internet connection but they charge so much (and charge MORE if you don't use their other services, I don't think this is illegal but it certainly is not "right"), but mostly the data limit per month is ridiculous. I need to stream movies and do a lot of legal downloading so I am in a rut - I don't want to use them but they do have this monopoly. I also had the experience of not receiving answers with email and horrible customer service by phone - they are rude and stupid.

We are an active military family, when we were stationed in Port Huemene, CA, we decided to give our business to local small business instead of the "big name" company. What a mistake! We issues with signal and the out dated equipment. So frustrating. The worst part was trying to get our refund check. We had paid our bill in full and were due a refund of less than $50.00. When I called the first time (of many) I was told the check was mailed to our present address, but we never received it. I was told that they would have to "research" where it was mailed and if it had been cashed. I was told to call back. I made three more calls over the course of months, always the same story. We are still researching. Remember we talking about less than $50.00 dollars. I feel I am getting the run around. I believe they think Iam just going to give up and stop calling. Never. Be warned this company is shady, cheap and out of date. Go with the big name company and enjoy big name company customer service. I would not be going through this if I had.

They offer TV, cable, internet services, and maybe a few more, not sure. I used their cable TV for a while, the equipment was old and not compatible with my other remote controls and high fees for just basic. I called customer service - they were discourteous and extremely unhelpful, I quit the TV service. I looked into internet connections, DSL was $32 but they would add $10 more since I was not also taking TV service (isn't that illegal?). Also they have a traffic limit that if you have a high enough count (downloads, movie streaming for example like me) you would be charged extra for every so much above. I think my service would be over $100 a month. I recently emailed them, no reply. I think this company is just plain awful, but they are a monopoly so they don't care about their image, they get plenty of business from people who don't know better. I now get TV FREE OFF THE AIR and DSL for $25 a month, I don't need them.
