Good food, but never open on time

The food here is pretty good, but even though 11:00 is when they're supposed to open (listed right on the door and their menu), I've called several times at 11:30 or later only to find they haven't physically arrived in the building yet. Pretty frustrating when you have a scheduled lunch time...
