Charter Communications

I wish I could put zero stars. There's not enough room on here to describe everything Charter has put me through, but basically, I was charged for internet for two months that it did not work because of a problem from Charter's end. They tried to blame it on my router (which I found out later worked fine) and charged me with "irrevocable" fees that I was never informed of. Not only this, the rep who installed the new router he said I needed took my personal power cord and the supervisor told me I'd just have to buy a new one. Everyone at the office was rude and I'll tell everyone I know about my horrible experience.
