BEWARE! Con Man!
Charley puts the "con" in contractor. He takes deposits then never does the work, or does such shoddy work that he can't be charged criminally. People who have sued him never get there money back. He has changed the company name at least twice and has had his BBB accreditation revoked on two of the former "businesses". His wife is also an accomplice to his theft, nothing she says is honest or true.
