Carol Delpiano's CD's Construction Basement Waterproofing

We hired CD's to waterproof our basement after having several estimates done. We signed a contract with CD's and they were set to beging construction on Saturday 3.20.10 at 7am. They called us on the Thursday before to confirm. We stayed up the entire night Friday to prepare the basement- we had to get a babysitter, a dog sitter and unhooked everything in the basement. Saturday morning we sat there waiting and waiting until 9am and no one EVER came or EVER called us to cancel. We called 1000 times and got voice mail. They left us totally hanging. Then Monday morning Carol calls us and tells us "she over booked" and said she would send us back our money. HOW DOES SOMEONE OPERATE A BUSINESS THAT WAY. We went above and beyond to prepare our basement and they did even CALL to cancel. I am reporting her to the BBB. How can she sleep at night doing that to people. Its terrible. And call she could say was sorry. Do not use them, they are shady people. Her and her daugheter Tara.
