CVS Pharmacy

I doesn't make any sense to go and get your prescriptions filled, come back and they not ready only because they have lost the scripts. I mean come on, your playing with people lives. I'm extremely upset because the young lady I spoke to was not only rude, but there was no management available? At least that's what she told me. I really want to speak to a lawyer about this because I remained on hold over 20 minutes all three times I called and the only thing I was told was call back. Your fax didn't come in from the doctor. THAT DOCTOR SENT IT 20 OVER A HOUR AGO! Really, take your business else where. I'm currently working on getting my grandfather another pharmacy. I suggest you read my review and do the same.
