Another Borders Goes to the Dogs
I was very surprised to see that Borders had transferred the manager from a defunct Waldenbooks to their Galleria store. Daniel Garcia is a dishonest retail manager who regularly lied not only to his customers but also was seen to abuse his staff in front of customers. If Borders can't find better staffing solutions than this, is it any wonder they are going out of business this year? I think I'll go back to B & N.
