Shop at Lowes or Home Depot as they have a return / replace policy even on appliances. Purchased a flagship KitchenAid range, which was found to have electrical defects on day of delivery. Bloom and manufacturer left us 3rd party warranty repair support. So basically, we got a new broken stove for $1600 that may not be fixed for a week.

Really????

Purchased a supposedly quiet GE washing machine. It sounds like an airplane landing in your house for 10 solid minutes. Bloom Bros. would not stand behind their product and refused to help me. They claim to have good service but refused to stand by the products they sell.

I have purchased two washer and dryers as well as a refrigerator, range, and microwave here. They are bar none the best shop in town. We need a new oven for our carriage house and called them to get their recommendation and will go with it without hesitation based on how great everything has been in the past. Their prices are the best, too. I can't say enough good things about this company.
