Dear Adminsitration,

My experience at Bay Mediacl Center was absolutely the worst. I entered the emergency room with heart attack symtoms. I was put in a room and a doctor said he would take good care of me. He ordered a Blood Enzyne test. A nurse drew blood and sent it to the Lab. I waited 7 hours before they admitted me to the Cardiac Ward. No information was given to me. I did not have any food or a drink of water during the seven hour period. This is only a small part of the total experience. I would appreciate a meeting with some official to dicuss this matter.
