Just my humble opinion, but Angie probably works for Milestone reality, which is Ball Homes own real-estate agency because they CAN’T get reputable real-estate agents to work for them and sell their God awful homes. I personally would not believe ANYTHING this woman says; all she wants is her commission. She probably would try to sell snow to an Eskimo.

to the realator, honey, you must work for the reality agency Ball homes owns because they cant get honest realotors w/ethcis to work for them and dupe buyers into buying their crappy homes. These homes are pitiful!! We have had water coming in the front of the house through a light switch. They came to fix it, but the next rainfall it leaked again. They try to put a bandaid on things, but most of the time they are even unsuccessful with that. Last Janu...ary we had water coming in our living room from an exterior wall. They came to look at it and said everything looked fine with it. Now we are smelling mold. I pulled up the carpet and it looked okay, so I guess it is in the wall. Their homes are made poorly. Most of our neighbors have had issues as well and a few with the drainage in the back yard. Our neighbors back yard is like a swamp and they can't even walk in it.
