We was referred to them by our neighbor. The salesman promised us the roof we picked but they used knockoff roof and used subcontractors (Mexicans). After your roof is finished, they take their time in correcting the errors the Mexicans done and after you pay them, they do not return your calls when you have a problem on your roof like when it leaks. The company was in the BBB earlier this year with an grade of "A", now they are not BBB members anymore. Latest from 11-10-2009, I called them yesterday about a leak on my roof which caused damage to my ceiling in my bedroom and parts of sheetrock is coming off. I called them and they couldn't get anyone till the next day and they just gave me a hard time when I demanded for them to look at the problem thay caused by hiring subcontractors and not promising by their warranty. Do me a favor, stay away from this low-drag company!!!!!

Does not call or show up when they promised to do an estimate.

My roofing was done by this company and I was highly satisfied. I called for an estimate and they were out the next morning. Later on that day, they ordered the supplies that were needed. The next morning they repaired my roof. The service was rapid and the workers did a splendid job. I would recommend this service to anyone who need repairs on a roof or just a new roof.
