Terrible Terrible Service
I went to have a remote starter put in. After a week or so my locks started to short circuit from the wiring hook up. I took it back to have them look at it and they didn't even wanna be bothered. The customer service is terrible TERRIBLE i tell you and they give the impression that they don't really care. There just there to get your money. Also apon me making a visit to the store i noticed the gave me a one button pad for $129 and they had a 4 button pad that does the locks as well for $119, I didn't understand that. I didn't even mention how they left prying marks on my radio from trying to remove the panel. The least they could do is make sure they do the service the correct way. I WOULD TRULY ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING TO GET AUTO SERVICE DONE TO LOOK ELSE WHERE, TRY THE TINT SHOP IN HENRIETTA OR EVEN ZIEBART OR WHATEVER, but i truly suggest you be aware of this place.

Horrible
Had my remote starter installed. Horrible service, poor quality, half of the features did not work. Multiple trips back. Owner was rude and unprofessional. Ended up removing the whole system and reinstalling it by a different shop. Costly experience.
