Aperture Construction LLC

I hired Aperture Construction for my tenant build out. It was the worst decision I have ever made and nearly cost me my business. The 30 day project ended up taking six months. The work was very sloppy. When I expressed concerns about the unprofessional workmanship, they told me I was being picky and that my pickiness was the reason for the delays, which was so far from the truth. After the project was finally finished and paid for, I started getting phone calls from multiple subcontractors who wanted to know where their money was. One of them filed a lien against the property. I was almost evicted because of the lien and had to hire an expensive lawyer to deal with the situation. I am still cleaning up messy work and paying legal fees today.
