Planning my daughters 15th Birthday. I thought I would find a nice dress in the LA fashion district, that was the worse expirence ever. You cant try on more than one dress, if it was specialty shop you had to put a deposit in order to try on a SPECIAL dress. My WORST LA dress expirence ever. I stumbled on Alexis Bridal by accident, I made a appointment. My daughter was able to try on as many dresses she wanted. We came in with a certain style stuck in our head and walked out totally opposite. Margaret is Excellent on showing what you what you want in your price range. Very courtious. I defintely would reccomeding saving your gas and go with Excellent, Understanding, place.

This review is Looong overdue! I purchased a gown last spring for my summer Santa Barbara wedding. Margarita was absolutely wonderful! After going to bridal shop after bridal shop, I knew the moment I walked in I was getting my wedding gown from Alexis Bridal. I was greeted with a fresh, warm, welcoming smile, along with prompt professionalism covered in good old fashioned customer service. Margarita is genuinely a wonderful kind person. She knew what I needed and was able to rush my wedding dress. She gave me encouragement to lose a little weight, and my dress was beautiful! My dress was reasonably priced and better quality than of the other shops I had been to around Oxnard, Ventura and Thousand Oaks area. I wish I had avoided all the headache and came here first and also came here for my bridesmaids dress. Sadly, I purchased my bridesmaid dresses from a high en couture Bridal shop in Thousand Oaks. When my dresses from a different shop did not arrive in time for my wedding. It was Margarita to the rescue! Less than one week before my wedding, Margarita ordered even better dresses, less expensive, got them here with in one day and did not even charge me a rush fee for the dresses! She opened her closed shop. ( Because they were moving), and called her seamstress in to alter the dresses for all my bridesmaids! I love this place. They helped make my wedding awesome. My bridesmaids looked beautiful as so did I. She saved the day and I am eternally grateful for her kindness. Alexis Bridal is now the place I want to shop for ALL my formal wear! You should too!

I stumbled upon Alexis Bridal via a google search after I had driven 40 minutes south to discover the store I planned to shop at was closed. Upon arrival I wasn't sure if they had much but when Margarita led me to the back room with lots of dresses, it was the question of which one. Wow! Great selection, the price is right, friendly service - she even made it fun! Margarita was determined to find me a "young" (43) MOG dress that is beautiful and flattering to me. I got the dress and all my accessories and am going back for a same day fitting. Highly recommend this store! My sisters and I love Margarita.
