I have gone out of my way to write a review for AIS because they are one of the few companies I deal with that deserve a terrific review. as for the "anonymous" person who posted a negative review, well, to each his own and I have been a customer of theirs for many years, back when they first opened and I have never had a negative experience-actually, I know they are always there whenever my machines need service-all of the technicians are excellent and well trained.

Mr. Anonymous bravely wrote a review accusing this company of committing fraud and not hiring competent technicians. The truth is that this is a very fine company with excellent leadership and the best technicians in the industry. Gary Harouff has enormous integrity and there are hundreds of customers who wouldnt go anywhere else for business technology.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER... THEY COMMIT FRAUD ON THEIR CONTRACTS AND THEIR TECHS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. DO NOT USE THEM
