About Action Family ATA Martial Arts

Classes available for Preschoolers ages 3-5, Kids ages 6-12 and Teens & Adults ages 13 and up

Whether interested in fitness, self-defense, or stress relief, ATA Songahm Taekwondo is a fun and effective training program for people of all ages, sizes and ability levels. While gaining confidence, improving coordination, and getting and staying in shape, students can enjoy the mental and physical benefits of Songahm Taekwondo. Songahm Taekwondo challenges the entire body- physical fitness as well as developing coordination, balance, agility, and poise- qualities that are often neglected but can benefit the student in many team sports. Classes are available for preschoolers, kids, teens and adults.

At Action Family ATA, we focus on helping a student realize their potential inside and outside the Martial Arts school. We believe a healthy individual is characterized by a strong body and minds.

Best Martial Arts School in Jefferson County/Golden!
We looked all over for a school for our kids and this is the place. One school we walked into a felt like we were buying a $75,000 car, another place wented us to sign a 3 year contract, another was teaching 6,7 and 8 year olds how to street fight! Saying things like "You want to hit someone! You know you do! So just hit 'em!"! WOW was I shocked. Action Family Martial Arts is a Family Martial Arts School who cares about everyone who walks into the school!
Classes are high energy taught be highly trained Instructors who speek English. Not some Aisn languige.

i give this School 5+++++++++Stars!
