The first thing I noticed at 'Alterations While U Wait' was dust bunnies and some other stuff at the bottom of their front window. I went there because this little shop got great reviews from a co-worker, and the store where I shopped. So I went in planning on telling the people inside that if they wanted my business they should clean up their front window. But, once inside, that plan changed. I was greeted by Paul, who was like personality on steroids! I waited 20 minutes hearing endless accolades (by customers ahead of me) to their service! When it was my turn, Paul and his assistant fixed my stuff WHILE I WAITED!! The others had all gone, but 3 more came in the meanwhile! I can see now, with the effort they put into their service, they don't have time to clean window sills!!! Paul, with your great attitude and unmatchable service, you are my tailor forever! (Dirty window and all!) And I'm telling all my friends (We're all short, so nothing ever fits

Paul and the crew at Alterations While U Wait are UNBELIEVABLE ! Paul, if you ever go out of business, I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN !!!! I travel all over the US and am always buying new suits because I make sales presentations every week. From now on, I store all my new suits in one suitcase, and instead of flying over Cincinnati, I stop and see ALTERATIONS WHILE YOU WAIT.

Alterations While U Wait, you really came through for me!!! Where have you been all my life? So often I meet with clients and I must be dressed for the "show". The same high level people attend follow-ups so it is necessary for me to dress new. I am often given notice as short as three days, which gives me little time to shop, and even less time for alterations! Alterations While U Wait came through for me! Three suits I purchased needed the pants hemmed, and the coats were too long and too wide. HOW COULD ALL THAT BE DONE BY THE NEXT DAY??? Alterations While U Wait told me not to worry; they would get it done that evening! Paul, the owner, said that if they didn’t finish by closing then he would stay late to work on them and call me when he finished. I could not believe it, but they made a believer out of me!! I stopped in at 6pm and they were just finishing! I think my search is over. Alterations While U Wait, You guys are WONDERFUL! INCREDIBLE! U RAWK!!!
