A Florist In Atlanta

After reading a few reviews on this shop, I didn't know what to expect. I stopped in, and let me tell you, they were fantastic. The arrangement was beautifully put together, the flowers were some of the best quality I've ever seen and they guaranteed it a week.\t\nThey had a wide selection of blooming tropical and indoor plants which I ended up buying two just because they were so reasonably priced.\t\nI know some people tend to vent about something that didn't go right, but they exceeded my needs for this Mother's Day. In honor of a close family friend, my law firm ordered a special arrangement to be delivered to a local funeral home. Order was placed 36 hours prior to the wake. Incredibly, order was lost/misplaced. When Florist was contacted, the error was reluctantly admitted with a promise for swift redelivery before the funeral. Only after a long silence was it agreed that Florist would comp. order. One might suppose lightning wouldn't strike twice!! When recontacted, Florist alleged that Funeral Home lost arrangement (right!!!) but, that if we got a bill we could just disregard it! ( Ya think??) The proprietor was callous, rude.... I would go to Kroger & purchase an arrangement and carry it myself before I'd consider using this Florist in the future!! Bitten Twice!!
