A B C Towing and Recovery

My 4 yr old grandson and I were broke down 20 miles from home on the side of a dark country road around midnight. I called ABC Towing and only a few minutes later a driver named Anthony called me back. He stated he was about 20mins away and asked if we were in a safe ...location. Feeling uneasy about my surroundings I told him yes but no. He told me that he would be here as soon as he could he was already on the way. Every few minutes or so he called to check on us which helped us feel safe. He arrived in less than 20 minutes which was a great relief and loaded our vehicle quickly. As we were riding home Anthony taught my grandson about the moon and showed him the controls for the lights to keep him entertained, as you know how a 4yr old can get when they are tired. When the ride was over and we were home safe my grandson felt as though he had made a new friend. Anthony not only knew how to do his job in a professional manner he also showed he cared about the safety of the individuals he was helping. Not often do you find a professional that cares about much more than the money you are going to pay them these days. It was refreshing to see a professional young man with such manners and caring ways. If he is any reflection of ABC Towing they are one in a million. I will definitely be using them if ever I'm in a situation I need a service they provide and will be personally requesting that young man Anthony also. They don' deserve the one star. I called AAA and they sent ABC Towing to tow my car to my home. To make a long story short the driver damaged my driveway and the company is refusing to fix the damages, I had the car towed January 2014 and it's now May. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I use AAA and they called ABC I was told 45min to 1hr wait. After 1hr I called AAA they told me ABC had added another 45min to wait time. After 45min I call AAA and was told a driver was on the way but was stuck in traffic. My wife had arrived to pick me up and told me ...a ABC truck had passed her in the emergency lane to the exit where I was located but he never showed. I was then told by ABC they had 3 trucks in my area and they all had cars to drop off and the 1st one empty would pick me up, with two different stories which one is true.
