Zone 2 Auto Storage

The manager refused to release vehicle to my 19 yr old son for no reason other than "he was probably going to rob the place". He called HPD and they forced her to release vehicle. She refused a credit card and banks were closed by this time. She added an additional $50 for staying another 1/2 hour and another day's storage fee. Eventually she reduced by $50 and released the car.

His vehicle was a mess with papers he keeps in the glove box everywhere. He has CO plates. I wonder what they were looking for. I'm sure they were disappointed when they found nothing.

My brand new Audi was towed out of my apartment complex because I didn't get a parking sticker soon enough, which is totally on me. But it was actually pretty entertaining to watch the repulsive woman at the front try to act better than me (as a stray cat was clawing at the back of her chair). If I worked at such a horrendous place, I wouldn't be happy with my life either, but I definitely wouldn't treat people the way she does. What a disgusting place.

I agree with the gentleman about service. Its actually criminal!
